Hi Ben, Does this error occur when you are trying to create the web form within Method? Was it when you clicked the Next button on Step 1 of 9: Select host website? Thanks.  Jason

Hey Ben, Screen designer works best on IE, however, it will still work on other browsers. You should try clearing the Chrome history/cache as we're aware of some strange behaviour using Chrome at times. In Screen designer you can also right-click anywhere to reload the designer, which sometimes helps as well. Sam

I was testing a web form without creating a lead. I want to include contact details within the activity. I'm just looking at editing the PHP to allow this.

thats wierd today it works? I didnt change anything so maybe a google error? thanks though.

I deleted the field from the screen and recreated it. Looks like I had some actions applied to it previously that were messing with the results. Looks like everything is working perfectly now! Thanks a million. Charles

Hi andy, The contact record must already exist before an activity can be assigned to it. You can first create an unassigned activity then manually assign the appropriate contact to them after they're created. Is this helpful to you? If not, what is your end goal? - Ashur

I have a check box that i have a condiiton based on the invoice selected on my grid, when selected it takes me to that invoice and if it is a Company then i say checkbox = Yes if it is not a contractor = No. When i select an invoice that is not a company it does the condition correctly; i know this b/c i have temporarily added a mesage ...
