Yes, This can definitely be done. There multiple factors in the amount of time it would take. There’s a potential for your price levels to impact multiple screens.
Its best to start with a well defined scope.

Should I be able to hide and show tab links in portals as action steps?
Its not working for me. They hide and show in my user login but when logging in through portal looking at same tab group they dont hide and show.
