Hi gbisaga, Off the top of my head there are 2 possibilities. 1. The customer has not synced to quickbooks yet. 2. Check the field entity type, if it is a 'Customer Lead' and not a 'Customer' it won't sync to QB. Dave

ok makes sense, was just wanting it to show for me when I was logged in. I assumed (something you should never do) if I was logged in it would know I was an admin. I like your idea though Ill probably use it. thanks

no thats how I get the buttons to show. When I click hide the buttons appear, when I click show the normal things on that section appear.
