I was not able to reproduce the issue you were having. The only thing I can think of is that you may have hidden the section in the Screen Editor by clicking Hide/Show, pictured below.

Please check to see if the Method Integration Engine is up and running and your Quickbooks file is open. If the sync engine is working, the customer you are deleting may have transactions associated with it.
