So am creating some portals for users to login to access info and if I log in I want to show some extra tags if its me an administrator.
On the tab links screen I can assign roles that can see certain tags I just have administrator set for the tags I need but any portal user is still able to see those tags.

Unfortunately, the invoice needs to by synced to QB for your tax item field to auto-populate. If you have the "Wait for Sync Approval" checked, manually select the tax item, click "Save" and then click on "Print Preview.
