Yes I believe that I am trying to open the stock reports. I click open and choose one of the reports listed and I get that error.
If I click New report and create a report and then save it I also see that in the list when I click open and I am able to open that report but it's the only one.

David - The field name for the Vendor contact is Contact. So if you utilize this as a merge field for your email template, you should type it out as Vendor.Contact. David - You can look into merge fields which grab data from a particular field in a table. For example, using the Customer.FirstName merge field will display the appropriate customers first name in the email in place of that merge field.
