Everywhere else in Method we constantly doing time zone conversions - but there's actually no time zone conversion on that field.
What happens is that it syncs a changes-only sync every 20 minutes (by default). The next sync after your scheduled time is when your full sync will kick in.

Thank you for bringing this issue to light - This is not expected behaviour. I've confirmed that this is happening when creating a Credit Memo from the Method front end as well. I have created a ticket with our development team to investigate this issue and will post back once I have any updates.

Mortaza is partially correct - the HasBeenBilled Status can't be updated by Method. (this is an QB API limitation, not Methods) But just putting them on an invoice in Method won't change the status, you have to physically do that in QB (drag them from the tray) to get the HasBeenBilled to be changed. ...

Yes, I was able to clean things up by deleting and re-entering. I have been able to sync properly today.
I guess the question that still remains is how we are getting inactive accounts. We currently have 9 "inactive" accounts in Method (and we don't necessarily want them to be listed as "inactive). ...

Paul, I'm trying to modify journal entry lines via a loop. It loops just fine and updates the record in Method, and they show that they have been modified in the Method audit history, but nothing gets pushed to QuickBooks and i'm not getting any conflicts or other error messages in Method or on the Desktop.

When we approve Non-Posted Time Tracking (changing Wait For Sync Approval to No), all entries that include break time suddently ignore it. So if person worked 8am - 5 pmwith 60 min break, before updating the Waiting for the Sync Approval they worked 8 hours but after they work 9 hours. Well, it's just kind of a pain to have to sort out the DeleteFromDesktop conflicts from actual conflicts requiring attention.
