Ok, I know what's happening here, you're seeing 'on behalf of' on the emails when using the Method portals...specifically the automated "system emails". One example, when a portal users registers for the portal for the first time. This makes sense and is normal.

There's two possible explanations for this…at least two I can think of.
1. Are you sure your Method email settings are correct? Did you get the verification / test email? If not, it may mean the first 50 emails are still being sent by Method. We do this to help new users out until they actually get around to doing this in ...

In Method try going to Customize>>>Tabs
Locate the tab (i.e. QuickBooks Home) and click on Edit Tab Links…
Make sure there is a tab link opening the right screen (i.e. QuickBooks_DashBoard)

Yes, if Joe tries to register and his email is listed multiple times that would cause an issue. The registration tries to find a match by email so it can update the fields for user name / pass to the appropriate person (record in table).
