When we send email from Method, we set the font to be arial, but when the message arrives, it shows up in times new roman. Is this a bug with Method?

Yes, that allowed the item list to be added to the dropdown list instead of a tab.
Now I'm trying to get numerical fields to display. I got the following code to work in the grid view custom SQL:
'<b>' + FullName + '</b><br />' + SalesDesc
BUT it won't work when I add QuantityOnHand and/or ...

More specificallym, how do I get my new items list to show up in the mobile dropdown list currently occupied by customers, invoices and estimates? When I add it as a tabbed link, it shows up as a tab instead of in the dropdown menu.

Is it possible to add a searchable item list for the mobile screen? I didn't know if there was good reason to avoid this as it's obviously been avoided by Method.
If this is possible and ok to do, can someone give me a hint as to how to make this happen?

Yes, it has done a full sync. But what I think you're missing is that it won't even save this info in Method. If I put a cc card in Method, switch to another customer and then come back to the customer with the cc, the cc number is gone. So that doesn't seem to be a sync issue to me.

I made the change you suggested, but that did not fix the problem. Now the expiration date will come over from QB, but no information will go from Method to QB . . . and Method won't even save the cc info.

This probably belongs in the Outlook integration forum, but I couldn't figure out how to post in that forum.
We have 2 issues with this Outlook utility:
1. When we click the "add to Method" button in Outlook for an appt. and navigate to the screen where you can set the date, if we change the start date, the end date does not ...

When we save credit card info in Method on the payment info tab, it does not bring that info over to QB and it does not save it in Method (if you click to a different customer and come back, the info is gone).

I changed the default sales stage wording to "Opportunity Won" and "Opportunity Lost". So how does method determine if it's closed? By using the word "closed"? By using 100% or 0%? I would think there would be another way of doing this so we don't have to use the word ...

I setup Method to logout only if there has been 240 minutes of inactivity. But Method is logging us out much sooner than that . . . it seems to be after one hour (the default). I'm referring here to the web, not mobile.
