This should be possible - but would require some fairly extensive customization. Firstly - You would need to identify These Customers as belonging to a particular Reseller (Perhaps by using a Sub:Customer/Job relationship) which may involve a re-working of your existing workflow.

We dont have a definite ETA on the implementation of this one - But it is certainly something we are looking to roll out.

Hi Alex,
If you press the 'Delete all' option - Yes, all of these records will be removed from QuickBooks also. If they are infact just being archived, I would recommend you just use the 'Clear' option - and wait for the next full sync to run. At which point they should dissapear.

Its likely these 'ReceivePayments' transactions are falling outside of the Transaction History date - and are getting archived within Method.
On your Sync Preferences Page (under QuickBooks tab > Synchronize > Transaction History) - You can set how far back Method will remember 'closed' ...

Was there a Reason why you werent using Group Items? Group Items enable you to add multiple individual items by inserting just the one 'Group' item into the grid. You can add group items under the QuickBooks Tabgroup > Lists > Items > New Item > Group.
