Recently we whenever we try to save a “Case Dialog & New/Edit Activity" the action fails with an error popup: There was an error during the insert records into table process. Addional information Action Sequence Order: 20 [Close] Whats suddenly caused this? and how can it be resolved?

Hi Brett, Sorry, must have missed your reply! I believe the default timeout length in Method:Classic is 120mins - but as I mentioned we can change this value on our end :) In Method:New - there is no Timeout length. Thanks Brett! -Ben
