thanks. After reading this I amended the actions to work on the rate rather than the amount. All seems to be working now for per item and fixed percentage price levels.

I can create "New" reports without an issue and yes I have data. When I try to open a report I get this message, but there is no way for me to save the report because I'm never allowed to open it in the first place.

When is this "notification of payment recieved" sent out? Is it only sent out if the customer makes a payment on the portal? If its not limited to just that, what are all of the actions that triggers it?
Also, If I receive payments in quickbooks will that still email out via Method due to the sync?
