Hey David,
To accomplish what you are suggesting would require a bit of cutomization of several tables and screens. I can give you an idea of how to do this for Invoices, but this will work for Purchase Orders and Estimates as well.

Thanks for the quick response. When i go to the screen you mentioned in the report designer the "Format String" box is blank. I clicked on the 3 dots button to the right of the box and selected currency and then clicked 'ok', however after doing that the field still remains blank. Am I missing something here?

Hey andy,
I'm still looking into hiding the months that have 0 cases created in them but I can give you some info on how to show only the last 6 months. You'll need to add some actions to your screen which is generating the report and then use that data as the filter in the Generate Report action.
