Hi Heather, In order to fully take advantage of sales orders in Method you would need to upgrade from QuickBooks Pro. Since Pro does not have sales orders you will get a conflict when you try to sync sales orders. What you could try is checking wait for sync approval on the sales order, that will prevent Method from trying to post the Sales ...

Hi s.valese, Method doesn't recieve emails but it can send out emails if you enter your SMTP server settings within Method. With the Outlook plugin you can add emails that are sent or recieved in outlook as activties in Method -Michael

Hi, A good example of this is the New Estimate button in the Customer List Screen. You should be able to reverse engineer how the Customer List screen goes to the Estimate screen and enters the customer. -Michael
