On some of our estimates, we have noticed the phrase Non-Tax in the Datial portion of the Total column next to the prices per line item. This appears on the printed estimates we send to customers. We need to remove the wording "Non-Tax" in the Total column.

Thanks Adam,
This customer does not show in my resolve conflicts, I tried what you said to no avail. Also, the customer does exist in QB and to my knowledge we have never tried to delete this customer from QB or from Method. Is there anything else I can do to try and get Method to re-add this customer or something of the like?

We celebrated too soon... I was able to change the template for the Estimates in order to display the Sales Rep's FullName, and it worked briefly, but now that part of the template has reverted back to displaying Estimate.SalesRep Instead of FullName. I am making sure to save before closing the report designer, but I cannot get it to ...

This displays fine in the EditLeads table. I copied all the steps taken for the EditLeads screen and applied them to NewLead screen. The fields are there and ...

Check the Entity RecordID at the very right (see screen shot) and click Update. Then go to your QuickBooks > Resolve Conflicts ...

I am trying to access a customer and this is the message I get. The customer shows up when I search in the customers tab and all of their information is there but as soon as I click on goto it gives me this message. This happens on all of our users also. What can I do?

Hey Ben B,
You can easily do this using the Generate Report action. First create your template using the Report Designer and make it pleasing to the eye. Then customize the screen you want to generate the report from and you can set the filter criteria within the Generate Report action. Below is my example which shows all activities with the ...
