When I go to download report designer--- it just goes into my download folder and this error message pops up 'There is no default application specified to open the document “MethodReportDesigner.application”. It then requests I pick an application to launch the file.  

Thanks Adam, I have already spoken to Insynq and they have a turn key process that will allow this to happen. I appreciate the insight. Bryan
