ecoxotic,  It is possible to utilize price levels in Method, but it does not come preloaded with the software. It must be customized. Allison,  I found a work around that you can use in the meantime. When you are creating an estimate, if you select your items and press Update on the grid before manually entering your reference number, then it will not be overwritten by either Quickbooks or Method.  Jason
