Hi MikeB, In order to be able to attach a document to a specific activity you would have needed to add an Attachment field to the Activity table. Which is why you're seeing all that "junk" data. That's actually how the actual document is stored in the table. So to get around this, do not include the attachment field when ...

When you export the Activity Table, uncheck the boxes for the fields that are coming out with the junk data.
