To edit the post above, it turns out opportunities are already linked to the Estimate table by default. If you look at the Customers>Estimates screen you'll see the option to link an opportunity. See my screenshot below.

It is cleared up this morning. It took the night for it to clear. I had it happen on an import once before about 3 months ago. It happens when you abort an import.

Just to check that I'm understanding you correctly, you are in the Edit Lead screen, Activities section and clicking New Activity?
If so, that will bring you to a pop up of the New Activity screen. The actions on the save button for that screen do not have the character function "Replace <<merge>> ...

This is happening because you're using a mobile screen. Mobile screens just use normal JavaScript alerts instead of our custom popups, and as far as I know, normal JavaScript alerts don't support HTML. Which is why the image doesn't display.

Is this still happening today? If so, try clearing your browser history/cache or use a different machine. I've seen this happen once before which was caused by a strange network caching issue at a users work place. They ended up restarting their router and that resolved the problem.
