Great! It's a bit of a tricky customization job but this previous post might help to get you going. I would also try a search through our forums as many users have asked about customizing Price Levels in the past. Let me know if you have any trouble or get stuck.

From which screen is the email sent from? Is it the custom screem you created? Or is it a stock screen like the Invoice screen, estimate screen, Activity, Case or Opportunity or all of them? Also is this a custom email template the you created or one of our stock notification templates?
