I did what you said and then selected one of the invoices that dont have the tax on it, and it does the same.
Do I have to generete a new invoice from that screen??

None of my emails populate the information. Even the default emails that method has included wont work. Unfortunately not, it's hardcoded logic that comes into play with Mobile screens. However, you can replace the Show Message action with a Conditional Warning action as long as it's the last action being called for that event, otherwise it'll stop processing any actions that come after it. Hope this helps!

I need to give access to various employees to view various screens like edit cutomer, customer list document list, documents, etc. but I I do not want them to have the ability to edit anything on the screens besides adding new activities. Is there a way to do this? If so what is the easiest and fastest way?

To edit the post above, it turns out opportunities are already linked to the Estimate table by default. If you look at the Customers>Estimates screen you'll see the option to link an opportunity. See my screenshot below.
