The only thing that is different between the templates is contact information for each user. Otherwise, the template auto generates the same information from the estimate details. All of the users responsible for creating estimates have their own custom template.

Out of curiosity, are the users templates completely customized for each person or are only certain things changed, i.e. name, position, number, etc?
Do you have other users, which don't have their own custom templates, that will also need to utilize templates as well?

This worked, but now Method is populating the estimate # field. When we enter the estimate # that we want and hit save, Method is overriding that # that we entered and entering its own #. As per our discussion this was caused by a Google Chrome caching and/or setting issue. We cleared your cache then went to Tools > Encoding > and enabled Auto-Detect. Hey Ben,
Are your employees Method users linked with their respective portal users? If so, then you can easily limit what they see on the grid using a filter. Check out this post which suggests the same approach. On a side note, will your employees strictly be utilizing the portal or will the login to the CRM as well?
