Allison,
Unfortunately, you cannot convert a customer back to a lead. Once the customer is entered into Quickbooks (QB), there is no turning back! If you sync an estimate to QB the lead will automatically be converted to a customer because in QB the estimate must be attached to an existing QB customer. Like you said, ...

Is there any way to convert the customer back to a lead, or will I just have to reenter them?

Testing the call at https://www.methodintegration.com/MethodAPI/service.asmx?op=MethodAPIGetScreenURLV4 is returning http://link.methodintegration.com/xxxxx wether I enter link or MIurl in the DomainLinkOrMIurl parameter. I was hoping to have it return MIurl.cc/xxxxx so I can use it in an email and not have it be so long.

[quote]I added a lead into the system and created an estimate for them. When creating, I unchecked "wait for sync approval" not realizing that it would convert the lead to a customer. Can someone ...

I cannot find the place where you can choose to enter your own estimate #s instead of having Method auto-fill that field for you. Can you remind me where it is. Right now it is auto-populating with a number and overriding what I have entered.
Allison,
There is a setting under the ...

I have been fighting this problem for 3 days and finally got fed up. Is it even possible to set a font other than Times New Roman for email templates?
I've tried typing/pasting the new content into the editor and then setting the Calibri font and size to 11 pt and I've tried setting the font and size the very last thing before saving the ...
