Yes, you are correct, the Intuit Merchant Service (IMS) Payment Gateway will not work in the UK. Currently, only IMS US can integrate with third party apps such as Method. Please check out this article from our help center.

Can you confirm if the 'Intuit Merchant Services' payment gateway works in the UK as long we sign up via http://www.intuit.co.uk/quickbooks/add-ons/merchant-services.jsp?
A few forum posts seem to suggest that this will only work in North America.

Does anybody know if the "Lead Rating" can be customized? Warm, Hot and Cold is very rudamentory.
Also when I create a new lead then select "leads and contacts list" it dosent show the new lead unless I referesh narrow back down to that list....

I sent you an email in regard to this Support case. Essentially, this won't work when using IE10 on a Windows 7 machine. You'll need to either downgrade to IE9 or use Firefox or Chrome instead. Please respond to the Support case.

It might be helpful if you post screenshots of the actions in your 'is this a new job' checkbox object. Have you tried comparing the actions in the account that doesn't work to the actions in the account that does work? Is there a difference?
