Sorry for the late reply. From the look of the screen, they are QuickBooks custom fields. I believe they should sync. Could you turn on MethodSupport for the account? I'm wondering if we were looking in the wrong place before.

Does the Sync process is the one which is responsible of "avoiding" these "" fields? If so, it is related to the Sync process.
On the other hand, you probably CANNOT REPLICATE this issue from the Method Interface and therefore it is API related.
I doubt it if anyone that is unable to replicate the issue will be of any ...

I think you will have to just disconnect the Sync engine from that computer when you are doing Payroll, that should resolve the issue. Once the engine is reconnected any changes made while it was disconnected will sync up.

Just curious if Method has experienced any issues with integrating with QB 2014? I have attempted to sync an invoice created in Method and it doesn't appear to sync to QB. Any ideas?

Hello Method! I was wondering what the following error means,
"QuickBooks returned an error when adding/modifying a accInvoice record. The error was: There was an error when modifying a Invoice. QuickBooks error message: This transaction action is not allowed for this user.."

Are there any rules regarding modifying activities in Method.
I've been updating activities and have realised I've missed loads of actions because they weren't syncing with Outlook. Some seem to ne updating - and others aren;'t
Any thoughts?

This doesn't make any sense. All the items on the sales order have empty Mfg Part Numbers so I don't understand what the problem is here. I need to invoice this order but can't b/c of this sync error

Is there a setting or reason my full inventory list would not be coming over to method from Quickbooks? I have done full sync etc but only some of my items that are in QB show up in method?

Due to the nature of this post, I recommend you should call in and have your Business Consultant look into this issue.
The newest version of the sync engine is V 1.0.0.189.
