Hi andy,
You can utilize the Generate Report action on any screen to pull data from wherever needed; what matters is that the report being selected is based off the table(s) you wish to retrieve the information from.
Please advise how you're emailing the report and provide a screenshot of your actions if possible.

Can you confirm if it is possible to send any report, based on any table from any screen? Or does the report have to based on the same table that the screen is using for the report to generate successfully?

This can be done by clicking the Add Contact link on the Gmail Gadget then searching for an Existing Customer. Simply complete the Contact information in the form below then click Save. Hope this helps!
