Does anybody know if the "Lead Rating" can be customized? Warm, Hot and Cold is very rudamentory.
Also when I create a new lead then select "leads and contacts list" it dosent show the new lead unless I referesh narrow back down to that list....

I sent you an email in regard to this Support case. Essentially, this won't work when using IE10 on a Windows 7 machine. You'll need to either downgrade to IE9 or use Firefox or Chrome instead. Please respond to the Support case.

It might be helpful if you post screenshots of the actions in your 'is this a new job' checkbox object. Have you tried comparing the actions in the account that doesn't work to the actions in the account that does work? Is there a difference?

Mystery solved: the failure notices are not sent using e-mail settings from our account, they are sent from methodintegration.com and are totally independent of any e-mail settings in our account. So, now I am back to trying to get my default e-mail settings to play nice with outlook.office365.com.
