    Hi Jennifer, As per our discussion this was caused by a Google Chrome caching and/or setting issue. We cleared your cache then went to Tools &gt; Encoding &gt; and enabled Auto-Detect.     Hey Ben, Are your employees Method users linked with their respective portal users? If so, then you can easily limit what they see on the grid using a filter. Check out this post which suggests the same approach. On a side note, will your employees strictly be utilizing the portal or will the login to the CRM&nbsp;as well? - Ashur

    Hey Matt, Good(weird?) find....anyway...there was a check that&nbsp; the word &#39;MIurl&#39; had to be in all lowercase characters, or else it would use link.methodintegration.com. I&#39;ve removed that check. Let me know if the problem is solved for you. Dave

    Allison, Unfortunately, you cannot convert a customer back to a lead. Once the customer is entered into Quickbooks (QB), there is no turning back!&nbsp;If you sync an&nbsp;estimate to QB&nbsp;the lead will automatically be converted&nbsp;to a customer because in QB the estimate must be attached to an existing QB customer.&nbsp;Like you said, ...

    Testing the call at&nbsp;https://www.methodintegration.com/MethodAPI/service.asmx?op=MethodAPIGetScreenURLV4&nbsp;is returning&nbsp;http://link.methodintegration.com/xxxxx&nbsp;wether I enter link or MIurl in the DomainLinkOrMIurl parameter. I was hoping to have it return MIurl.cc/xxxxx so I can use it in an email and not have it be so long.
