Wasn't sure why it was acting the way it was, I just rearranged the order of the tags, and double checked for spaces or commas, and then it worked. Thanks so much, this helped so much!

What is the default timeout length currently?

Hi there, We removed this setting a few years back after the introduction of the universal MethodID. If you are finding the timeout length in your Classic account is too short, shoot me an email at Success@method.me and we can Extend the timeout length for your account / users manually.
