If you open up the screen "Customer List", you will find that there are 2 places on screen with fields: city / state / zip / country.

Hi Matt,
The Invoice and ReceivePayment tables are already linked to the Customer table. You should be able to add app ribbon items for those apps and see them on your custom screen. Is this not the case?

When using the Grid Wizard, what determines the list of tables you can choose from for the "Attached" option? How do you get a table to appear in that list?
