Mystery solved: the failure notices are not sent using e-mail settings from our account, they are sent from methodintegration.com and are totally independent of any e-mail settings in our account. So, now I am back to trying to get my default e-mail settings to play nice with outlook.office365.com.

Hi Mario,  Can you enable the MethodSupport user on your account? To do so, go to Customize>Users and press the checkbox in the Active column. Also, can you email me your company account name and a few examples of estimate numbers that are not calculating tax? Thanks.  Jason

I have created an estimate in Method.  It has synced with QB.  In QB, the tax appears and the QB estimate shows the sales tax.  In Method, however, the tax appears on the screen, but when I select the print preview, the sales tax is $0 and the total is the pre-tax amount.  If I bring up an estimate created in QB and then synced ...

Hi Blake, Have you considered using the Knowledge Base?  You can set that up under Customization > Integration Tools.  This is the same tool we use to create our Help Center.  Additionally, there a number of improvements coming on this in the future. Hope this helps. Adam
