Hi NOVA Sales, This can be done by clicking the Add Contact link on the Gmail Gadget then searching for an Existing Customer. Simply complete the Contact information in the form below then click Save. Hope this helps! - Ashur

Hi Mike, I believe the reason you can't find the "IsActive" field is because that field is not a field in the Activity Table.  The reason you can filter it in the Activity Type dropdown is because it is a field in the ActivityType table.  The grid filter will only allow you to use the fields available in the table the grid ...
