When I receive an email from a new contact at an established customer or vendor, is there a way to add just the new contact information to the established customer without add it as a new customer as well?

Hi Darrin,  You cannot completely delete a customer from the Method database without also deleting it in Quickbooks. However, you can clean up the clutter in your Method account.
