You can do this by selecting the appropriate field on your report and clicking the little white arrow icon that displays on the top right. Locate the Format String field and click the '...' button; from here you'll be able to select how your data will show or even create your own custom format.

yeah, as far as I know I've deleted all other calendars and the only ones I'm using are pointing at the assignedto resourse which was the original one. I didn't know you couldn't have 2 different resourses until things went bad. After I figured it out, I changed everything back and I got the calendar working again. ...

Are there any calendars that have the resource changed still? If any calendar in Method is set to different resource than the rest, it can cause inconsistencies with the calendar. There is an article in our Help Center that outlines this: Calendar Resources.

Hi Suzanne,
You can do this by adding the Balance field as a linked field in your Invoice table, then add that field to your report. This will pull the balance from the Customer table. Is this what you're looking for?
