Thanks Adam, I have no idea how that would have happened because there are literally over a thousand of those and I know that neither I nor our two salespeople would have had time to do that:( so please if you can find out what is wrong I would really really really appreciate it!!!

You'll need to do them individually as each activity is unique and should have it's own set of details, e.g. Comments, Due On, Date Ending, whether or not it's related to any Cases or Opportunities, etc. - Ashur

Let say I have six appointments today, at the end of the day, when i get back to the office, can I complete all at once?  Or must i do them individually?
