Since July 5 when I attempt to do a full SYNC from Method to QBonline I am told "An Unknown Error has occurred"

Hi Marcelo,
These charges do sync over to Method, but there is no stock screen to handle them. One would have to be customized. If you'd like implement this, I'd recommend our Professional Services team.

We are aware of the issue, multiple clients have reported the error.
The development team are actively working on a fix.

It looks like the Synch engine will not work if the file is in Multi user status? is this correct?
Can the sync Engine be installed on several work stations at the same time?

I have done the following:
1. Installed Method on my server.
2. Logged into QB as admin (multi user mode)
3. Opened the company I want to sync with.
4. Opened Method - Performed a full sync. - Sync seemed to proceed properly.
5. Opened Internet Explorer. Logged into Method.
No data. - Synchronization preferences have not updated

I'm having intermittent sync issues. Currently Method says the last full sync was on 9/15/10 and it is set to full sync every night. I didn't find any errors on the engine log or in the quickbooks resolve conflicts tab.
I did notice that my engine is version 1.0.0.171
