thanks for the response.
Issue is I need to pull fields from the contact table as well, not just the activity table. I know the tables are linked but I am just unsure how to create a report using contact and activity tables.

I have created a new table which I am trying to Link to my main Customer Table. However, when I try to "add a Linked Field"... nothing is showing in the pulldown menus..they are all blank. Do I need to create a relationship between the tables before adding the linked field?

I created 2 new fields one each in 2 tables:
1. "Sales Order" table, fieldname = "Serialnumber"
2. "Sales Order Line" table, fieldname = "SOSerialnumber"

Another suggestion is to click the "Finish Editing Fields" button for the estimate table and any of the related tables for the screen.

Is it possible to write a Job Cost report for display on a screen? I don't seem to be able to link multiple tables. I would need to pull from the Invoice, InvoiceLineItem, BillLineITem, CheckLineItem all linked on the Customer field. Also can I add tables to a report once the report has been created?

In my report generator, I couldn't see any option in Tables of Report. It always empty. Should I create the button in specific screen?
