Yes, I had to change those since the original design was referring to the stock screen. Likewise, my Activities List screen was also a stock screen.

If you wish to sort and filter Leads, another option would be to utilize our Tags feature. These tags also appear in the Existing Lead Contact List grid and can actually be transferred over when the Lead becomes a Customer and appear in the Customer List screen as well.

Thanks, Adam
We actually would like to use the LeadStatus and LeadRating fields in slightly different ways than they were intended to allow us to categorize and sort our leads. The advantage of using these fields is that they already appear on the Existing Lead Contact List Grid which makes them available for searching/sorting without ...

Hi k.leeser,

ContactsEntity via Entity (from Contacts). I called it ContactsEntity because there was already the Entity field I mentioned above.
Anyway, those were available to be chosen and I selected Entity first, but there was still only 1 contact showing for ...

The same user emailed in:
My sales manager said that when she enters an activity she has to manually enter the date in the notes section. I thought there must be a way that it "stamps" the date the activity was completed so that we can list all the activities completed in one day and review notes. She said she used be ...

I need further clarification on this:
The dropdown in my New Activity screen is based on the Contacts table and currently shows:
Name via ContactsName
CompanyName
EntityType
I would like the first column to be the Entity field.
In my Activity table, I already see an Entity field, with dotted underlining, and when I hover over it it says: ...
