Mike,
Your Entity table most likely has many more records than your Customer table. This may be why you are seeing all your customer records when you export the Customer table with all of its fields, but you are not seeing all of your entity records.
Some examples of some simple filter scripts you can ...

Yes, many of our product purchase costs and sales prices did change recently. But they have changed several times in the past year+, so I'm not sure why I'm seeing this behavior where markup is being calculated differently now.
How could we have zeros for markup rates for all this time and now markup is being ...

Hi Blake,
A change with the item cost or amount would change this, either from Method or Quickbooks. The markup is calculated as the difference between the cost of an item and the price of an item. Can you check the item and see whether the cost or price changed?

We are trying to add a comment section to the "schedule a follow up" button when the button is selected. When we go into customize for that screen there is not a comments or notes field listed that we can add. How do we add this field so it can be added to this section?

For some reason my estimate line items have started showing up as non-zero numbers and it's figuring into the Total calculation and is making Estimate Total Amounts larger than they should be.
For example:
Estimate Line Item:
InventoryItem 123 | Rate = $24.50 per bag | Qty = 1 | Total Amount = $43.45 | Markup ...

That appears to have worked, but is very concerning.
As a comparison test, I exported only 2 fields: ("Record ID" and "FullName") from the "Customers" table, and I received the same number of records (close to 3000) as when I exported all columns/fields in the Integration Tools interface for the ...

Mike,
I think this may be the problem - The more fields you choose in your export, the less records that you will be able to export. Are you trying to export your Entity table with all of the available fields? Try unselecting all of the fields when you export and choosing only the ones you need. You may find that you will see ...

Ourcreativeteam - thanks for your input! :)
justjava - we were able to solve the issue over the phone. We typed in your Method user name instead of your email address into the User field on the plug-in which solved the issue.

Hi MikeB,
This does not sound like normal behaviour. Your Entity table should have all of your Customers, Vendors, Employees, and Other Name records. Have you tried to export your Entity table? If you export it, are you still not seeing all of your customers? Try exporting your Customer table and your Entity table and compare them. To ...
