I have close to 3000 customers in my customer table (1500 of which are active), and yet there are only 100 or so of those in the Entity table. Why are they not showing up? Is this a problem?

We like to give our employees a record of the job sites that they were at for the week showing the hours they worked there.

Are you connected to QuickBooks desktop version, or QuickBooks Online? If desktop, is your QuickBooks file hosted on a server somewhere outside your office?

Can you email me the screen that you are looking at? I took a look and it doesn't appear that you have added the Customer Type field to the grid for you CustomerList screen. Are you looking at a different screen?
