Yes, there's a way to this but would involve a bit of customization. You should already be able to add the vendor/subcontractor time. The next step would be to add customizations that created the bill.

The Customer, Vendor, Employee, and Other Name tables are all different views of the Entity table. Is there a way to assign a work order totally to a subcontractor and when it is completed, it will create a bill to pay the subcontractor?

You beat me to it. We've been able to recreate this. It seems that once the estimate syncs with Quickbooks, it puts the markup back in. We've had another user say this happened in the last 24 hours. When did you notice this? A ticket is being put in right now, but it will help to know when this started ...

OK, thank you. I am eager to get an answer on this. I'm currently too busy to spend the time needed to figure out the report designer and try and come up with a solution on my own. Also, what is the best way to learn the ins and outs of the Report Designer.?
