The reason why no validation was being done for you is because for form tag you have used, you were missing an important attribute "onsubmit" that was included in the original HTML that was produced by Method Web Forms. This is how it should look

Hello,
I tried testing this out, by logging onto the default CRM Customer Portal as a Customer and then updating the 'Phone' field under 'My Profile'. The phone number for the Customer was updated in QuickBooks and Method in real time, no problem.

A little more detail might help. We have a generic email that all leads come in through email. I personally manage that and then assign the lead to the appropriate person. I would like the tool to recognize who the lead is assigned to and when each person integrates with Outlook it would recognize this.
