Hi wildliferemoval, Follow the steps listed in Help Center Solution No. 429 and regenerate the DocumentLibrary, DocumentLibraryFolder & DocumentLibraryLink tables. This should resolve the issue. Hope this helps. -Audisho

I would like to make a complete copy of my Method Account and start a new account to link to another Quickbooks database.  I would like to be able to bring over all of the changes made to tables and tables added, along with screens.  Is this possible? Thanks Heather

Does anyone know if an employees billable rate from Quickbooks is stored in any of the Method tables and accesible via the API? I am trying to GET time tracking records, which I can do, but would like to be able to access each employees billable rate in order to calculate out the the cost for each entry.

Do you have access to a previous version of a one of my tables?  I damaged the item description field in my "ActivityJobItems" table about 1:30 today.  I you have access to a version of that table from prior to 1:30 today I would be very happy.  Please let me know asap. Thank you Maureen

See if this helps: Go to Customize > Tables/Fields, click on the Invoice table, then click Finished Editing Fields, reload your browser and try again. Let me know what happens. - Ashur

FS mapping and directions insists on using another (now inactive, btw) employee's address for 2 of my employees. It displays my address just fine.   Is there a config that I'm missing? I have the employee's addresses correct in the employee tables, but now i'm wondering if there's a map setup somewhere......
