After we enter times and complete jobs in Method Scheduling & Invoicing we like to run a report in Quickbooks to verify our entries.
The times entered on the Method side come in as Pacific Time (3 hours back-we are east coast) in Quickbooks. My computers clock is correct.

I just want to be able to search and filter, not to edit. We have a whole dropdown of Customer Types in quickbooks (and that I can select from when I create a customer). I simply want that dropdown on the Customer List page if possible.

I installed the outlook plugin successfully. I continue to get a login error from the plugin. I have checked the credentials, deleted, and reloaded them several times just to be sure. I still get the login error. API settings are also activated for the user. Please advise.

The Edit Lead and New Lead screens are two different screens. Now you have to copy and edit the screen called CRM_EditLead or CRMQBO_EditLead and place your new field onto this screen too. Let me know if you need any more help!

That worked and thanks. I saved the lead and all is good except when I click on the go to lead. the information is not in the lead information area of the next window.

To start, you should add a new field into the Customer table. To do this go to Customize>Tables/Fields. Scroll down to the Customer table and click Edit Fields.... The type of field you want to add is a DateTime field. Don't forget to click the Add Field button and then the Finished ...
