How do we do that and how long would it take? I have close to 100 reoccuring jobs each week that are mowing of houses that we sub 100% out, our current software is outdated, however we wont change because of the fact that it creates the bills for the subcontractor and keeps my staff on task.

Yes, there's a way to this but would involve a bit of customization. You should already be able to add the vendor/subcontractor time. The next step would be to add customizations that created the bill.

The Customer, Vendor, Employee, and Other Name tables are all different views of the Entity table. If you change a record in the Entity table, it will automatically make the change in the Customer table (or one of the other three tables depending on the EntityType) and vice versa. Is there a way to assign a work order totally to a subcontractor and when it is completed, it will create a bill to pay the subcontractor?

You beat me to it. We've been able to recreate this. It seems that once the estimate syncs with Quickbooks, it puts the markup back in. We've had another user say this happened in the last 24 hours. When did you notice this? A ticket is being put in right now, but it will help to know when this started ...
