The Edit Lead and New Lead screens are two different screens. Now you have to copy and edit the screen called CRM_EditLead or CRMQBO_EditLead and place your new field onto this screen too. Let me know if you need any more help!

That worked and thanks. I saved the lead and all is good except when I click on the go to lead. the information is not in the lead information area of the next window.

To start, you should add a new field into the Customer table. To do this go to Customize>Tables/Fields. Scroll down to the Customer table and click Edit Fields.... The type of field you want to add is a DateTime field. Don't forget to click the Add Field button and then the Finished ...
