Hey Marcelo,
The Is to be Renewed checkbox is not a separate field, it's embedded as part of the Calendar-Recurrence object on the screen. So if you edit that object and see that the Is to be Renewed option is checked by default, then yes it should behave the same for your copied Work Orders. Hope this helps!

Yes you can add the TagList field to other tables, and in turn, the screens which are based off those tables. You'll need to add the TagList field to the Activity table, since Work Orders are technically a type of activity, then you can drag and drop the TagList field onto your customized FieldService_AddEditWorkOrder screen. ...
