Yes, this would make sense. You could even put a Save Grid action and a Refresh Grid action in the same action set before you retrieve the values. This might be more efficient because you wouldn't have to remember to click Update or Save.

Hi Greenbee,
I think in this case you should create a new field in the Opportunity table that just takes the month of the CloseDate. This way, you can sort by month only and not the entire date. Once you have this field, I suggest editing the screen CRM_Home Dashboard and adding a filter to the report object. I included a ...

James,
I don't think anything Val or Mandeep did would affect this, but it's hard to say for certain. Have you tried using the stock estimate screen and the stock estimate template? It was an update that reversed this behaviour and we're working on a fix for it. So far, the above is the only temporary work around ...

I'm currently working with grids for EstimateLines. I'm having trouble setting the value of the IsMarkupPercent field. During the text change for the item field I set the value as IsMarkupPercent = Yes. However, when I make a call to return the value it shows up null, or empty. Later after a Lose Focus on the Quantity field I set the value ...

Hi Philip,
I'm assuming you're using Google Chrome correct? We've seen strange caching issues with Google Chrome, whereas other browsers work fine, e.g. Firefox, IE, etc. There's already been a ticket created for the strange web form behaviour on Google Chrome so I'll add you as an example. In the mean time please use a ...

Follow-up: I was able to successfully implement the form, but not able to edit it after the fact.
What I'm finding is that whenever I load an existing web-to-lead form, or start one from scratch, when I click back to Step 2, the Customer table is unselected and all the choices are gone. It's possible to put them back in and jump to step 8 ...

Hi Method Team,
I also had a similar problem. I tried several different ways to build a web-to-lead form, and was only successful when I created the most basic, automatic version. If I edited the fields at all, I was been able to get as far as step 8 only once by click through the "Next" buttons, and that time when ...

James,
Thanks for your reply to the earlier post. After reading through the thread, I believe it's possible that some changes have been made within Method actions with regard to the Update button. It appears that the Update button is giving me the same results as a call to the Save Grid action.
I've also tried combining the Save Grid and ...

Ashur,
You are correct. All of my fields were editable and so none were centered. I then added a link to the grid, which centered properly. I also modified one of my editable fields to make it read only. Once I did this, that field also centered properly.
Thank you for your response.

Jason,
Thank you for the clarification. Just to recap, here is my understanding so far based on what you've said and information gathered from other forum threads:
Rate: This is automatically populated with the item's cost (as in cost to our company) from QuickBooks. However, if there is no cost information in QuickBooks, this field ...
