Hi Philip,
I'm assuming you're using Google Chrome correct? We've seen strange caching issues with Google Chrome, whereas other browsers work fine, e.g. Firefox, IE, etc. There's already been a ticket created for the strange web form behaviour on Google Chrome so I'll add you as an example. In the mean time please use a ...

Follow-up: I was able to successfully implement the form, but not able to edit it after the fact.
What I'm finding is that whenever I load an existing web-to-lead form, or start one from scratch, when I click back to Step 2, the Customer table is unselected and all the choices are gone. It's possible to put them back in and jump to step 8 ...

Hi Method Team,
I also had a similar problem. I tried several different ways to build a web-to-lead form, and was only successful when I created the most basic, automatic version. If I edited the fields at all, I was been able to get as far as step 8 only once by click through the "Next" buttons, and that time when ...

James,
Thanks for your reply to the earlier post. After reading through the thread, I believe it's possible that some changes have been made within Method actions with regard to the Update button. It appears that the Update button is giving me the same results as a call to the Save Grid action.
I've also tried combining the Save Grid and ...

Ashur,
You are correct. All of my fields were editable and so none were centered. I then added a link to the grid, which centered properly. I also modified one of my editable fields to make it read only. Once I did this, that field also centered properly.
Thank you for your response.

Jason,
Thank you for the clarification. Just to recap, here is my understanding so far based on what you've said and information gathered from other forum threads:
Rate: This is automatically populated with the item's cost (as in cost to our company) from QuickBooks. However, if there is no cost information in QuickBooks, this field ...

Jason,
This is very helpful. I noticed some weird behavior while retrieving values from a grid row. I would manually change a field, such as quantity, tab out and later call an action to retrieve the value from quantity, which retrieved the previous value. I suppose the solution is to always save and refresh the grid before making a call to ...

Jason,
Thanks for the response. That brings up another question...
Is it possible to dynamically change the ability to edit rows based on user or role? Or would this require a completely new grid?

I was editing the Sales Order(Custom) report with the Method Integration Report Designer and the designer window threw and error and closed. Now when I try to open the report I recieve an error and the report would not run.
I looked at the error and removed the field that was erroring and the report openned and ran. I re-entered the field and all ...

Hi Kori,
Where is this attachment coming from? Is it a report generated from the report designer or a document in Method? The above steps are essentially what you probably need. Is the email being sent when the activity is saved? How do you mean daily activities? Is this a report of all your activities for the ...
