Update.
Have once again removed QB and Method entirely from my system. Reinstalled both. Ran updates on QBE on all computers. So far so good. Glad no one else is having the problem! :D

Does this customer have any transactions associated with them?
Is there an existing Entity conflict for this customer record? Perform a Full sync and see if one shows up. You'll then be able to Refetch that record from QuickBooks. If nothing shows up then try accessing the customer record after refreshing your screen, you ...

There is a possibility someone accidentally deleted a job in Method and I have to retreive it. It still shows up on the customer list but when I click on the go to link, I get a blank form. Is there a way to retrieve the info??
